Basic Parkour Moves That You Should Master

Tips: You fall on your shoulder  and you try to be as  relax         as possible so the move runs smooth.

Tips: You need to take a good grab and then use your leg's strength to propel your body up the wall.

Tip: You need to focus in the                    point you want to land, may        seems hard but it just take training         and you will  do this naturally without even thinking of.

Tip: You need to use the move to propel your self, this is not a arms training, your arms strength isn't the most important thing here, but use your arms to "guide" you to vault in a fluid move.

Tip: Avoid positioning your hand in the edges of the obstacle you are trying to pass by..

    1. why parkour? That's a GREAT question! Well we will agreed the majority (if not all of them) of doctors will tell us that exercise its good for our health....but doctors say many things are good for us and we don't listen to every one of them, right? So why would you practice parkour? Well If I have to answer that question in a simple way I would say : Parkour is not a goal here, there is no specific reason why someone would parkour his way to get to somewhere, because parkour is a way to get to places for us, for me, parkour is just happens to be such a fun way to use shortcuts you can't use if you stick with "just walking" mindset.
It's a way to do something, not something to do. You climb because you want to exercise, or just enjoy the view on top, you run and jump because its really late for your date & meeting, or just because you like going faster than walking. Have a nice day and thanks for your comment!
